If your baggage is delayed the airline has up to 21 days to try and find it and return it to you. In the meantime, they should cover any emergency expenses that you may incur because of not having your belongings. If the airline can't find your baggage within 21 days, it’s considered to be lost. In that case you'll have to make a claim for compensation and the airline will usually ask you for a list of the missing items. If possible, we recommend you to attach as many original receipts as possible. You can file your claim at the airline's desk at the airport or via mail. Please visit the airline's website to find their contact details.
